RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP – It is too late to renew your 2025/2026 Membership

If you have a blue Membership tag and have not renewed your membership for the 2025/26 year you are considered an unfinancial member and, as such, you will not be permitted to train until you have rejoined the Club.

To rejoin you will have to attend one of our NEW member joining Sundays as advertised on the Home page of this web Site.  You will need to have with you:

  • Dogs current vaccination certificate
  • A current Dogs Victoria membership card if claiming a concession
  • A current Pension/Student card if claiming a concession

RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP – 2025/2026 Memberships now due

For those members with a blue Training Badge.

To maintain continuity of membership, you must renew by 31 JULY 2025. if you have not not renewed by 31 July 2025 you WILL NO LONGER BE A MEMBER.

Renewal times: 10.30am to 12.00pm each Sunday in July at the Clubrooms

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT THE CLUBROOMS

On any of the advertised times and days for Membership Renewals:

1. SEE THE MEMBERSHIP OFFICER (and ask for a printed copy of the Renewal Form)

2. SHOW COPIES OF RELEVANT CURRENT VACCINATION AND CONCESSION CARDS IF REQUIRED.

3. CHECK RENEWAL FORM DETAILS, THEN PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEES, (Cash, Bank Transfer or Card)

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE

Click the button below to go to the Renewal page, then
1. ENTER MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND SURNAME OF THE No 1 MEMBER ON THE MEMBERSHIP
Note: On your training badge, your membership number is the first 4 numbers (for earlier members) or first 5 numbers (for recent members) before the dash.  Do not include the dash or the numbers after it, or any blank spaces. Spelling of the surname should be the same as on our system and is critical.

2. CLICK THE “DOWNLOAD RENEWAL FORM” BUTTON.

3. IF DETAILS ON THE RENEWAL FORM ARE CORRECT, THEN PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEES DUE BY BANK TRANSFER. Please use the reference number at the bottom of your renewal form. If details are incorrect, then make amendments in clear handwriting so we can pick up the changes and make the neccessary adjustment to our records.

THE MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM MUST BE RETURNED TOGETHER WITH COPIES OF ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PLACED IN THE BOX IN THE CLUBROOMS. A RECEIPT WILL BE ISSUED WITH YOUR TRAINING BADGE. THE TRAINING BADGE WILL NOT BE PRINTED UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED

OR

BRING EVIDENCE OF VACCINATIONS AND SHOW THE RELEVANT CARDS TO A RENEWAL OFFICER IF CLAIMING A DISCOUNT WHERE THERE IS “REQUIRED” ON THE RENEWAL FORM (e.g. for vaccination dates, etc.). TRAINING BADGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THIS EVIDENCE IS SIGHTED.

IF YOU WISH TO ADD OR DELETE MEMBERS ON THE MEMBERSHIP, DO NOT PAY.  BRING A COPY OF THE RENEWAL FORM TO THE CLUB ON RENEWAL DAYS AND ASK FOR BILL (we may need to adjust the amount due)
