2011/2012 MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE DUE IN JUNE.

THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE A 2011 NAME TAG

WHITE - WITH A PINK “11”

WILL BE REQUIRED TO
RENEW THEIR MEMBERSHIP
BEFORE JULY 31ST

TO RETAIN CONTINUITY OF MEMBERSHIP, RENEWALS MUST BE PAID BY 31st JULY 2011.
Anyone wishing to rejoin the club after 31st July will be required to take out a new membership, which will incur the additional $15 joining fee.

REQUIRED
• Current vaccination certificates MUST be presented.
• If claiming VCA levy exemption, a CURRENT VCA membership card must be sighted. VCA levy exemption will only apply to those persons listed on the VCA membership card.
• If claiming a Pensioner concession, or a “full time student over 18” concession, then the relevant CURRENT Pensioner or Student cards must be presented.

New name tags will be withheld if members do not present the required documents. i.e., no documents means no name tag, so no training.

Membership renewal fee includes:

• annual subscription
• annual VCA insurance levy

Concessions available for VCA members, pensioners and fulltime students over 18 years.

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable (as per Club rules).

Renewals will be received at the club during June and July on:

Each Sunday		9.15 am to 10.45 am
Each Thursday		6.00 pm to 8.00 pm
LAST NIGHT FOR RENEWALS. MEMBERS WISHING TO RENEW AFTER 30/7/09 WILL BE REQUIRED TO REJOIN THE CLUB. THIS WILL COST AN EXTRA $15 OVER THE NORMAL RENEWAL FEE

Avoid the rush! Come in on Thursday evenings.

(No renewals will be accepted on Sunday, 13 June)

If you have received your renewal form by email then please print the renewal form and bring it to club with the appropriate documents. Otherwise please see the membership officer to have your renewal details printed.

If you are unable to come to club on these days and would like to renew your membership, please contact the club so arrangements for your membership renewal can be made.

Note:
(i) Renewals must be paid by July 31st. (to avoid having to rejoin and pay another new members joining fee.)
(ii) The membership of new members who joined AFTER 1st April 2011 does not expire until 30th June 2012, so these members do not have to renew their membership. If unsure, please check with the membership officer.
