MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE DUE IN JUNE.

THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE A 2010 NAME TAG

PINK -WITH A BLACK “0”

WILL BE REQUIRED TO
RENEW THEIR MEMBERSHIP
BEFORE JULY 31ST

TO RETAIN CONTINUITY OF MEMBERSHIP, RENEWALS MUST BE PAID BY 31st JULY 2009.
After 31st July, the $15 joining fee applies

Dogs' current vaccination certificates must be presented when members renew their membership.

Membership renewal fee includes:

• annual subscription
• annual VCA insurance levy

Concessions available for VCA members, pensioners and fulltime students over 18 years.

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable (as per Club rules).

Renewals will be received at the club during June and July on:

Each Sunday		9.15 am to 10.45 am
Each Wednesday		7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Each Thursday		7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
LAST NIGHT FOR RENEWALS. MEMBERS WISHING TO RENEW AFTER 30/7/09 WILL BE REQUIRED TO REJOIN THE CLUB. THIS WILL COST AN EXTRA $15 OVER THE NORMAL RENEWAL FEE

Avoid the rush! Come in on Wednesdays or Thursday evenings.

(No renewals will be accepted on Sunday, 13 June)

If you are unable to come to club on these days and would like to renew your membership, please contact the club so arrangements for your membership renewal can be made.

Note:
(i) Renewals must be paid by July 31st. (to avoid having to rejoin and pay another new members joining fee.)
(ii) The membership of new members who joined AFTER 1st April 2010 does not expire until 30th June 2011, so these members do not have to renew their membership. If unsure, please check with the membership officer.
