ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
7.30 pm, MONDAY 29th AUGUST 2011
to be held at the Clubrooms,
Military Drive, Victoria Park

Business:
(a) To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
(b) To receive from the committee reports upon the transactions of the Club during the last preceding financial year;
(c) To elect an auditor, office-bearers of the Club, and ordinary members of the Committee
(d) Any other special business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules. (Note: Notice of Motions relating to rule changes are posted on the club noticeboard and in the club newsletter)

NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION OF AUDITOR & COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
Nominations will be accepted for the following positions:
- Auditor

Committee of Management
- President (officebearer)
- Vice-President (officebearer)
- Treasurer (officebearer)
- Secretary; (who shall also be the Public Officer.) (officebearer)
and
- Assistant Treasurer
- Assistant Secretary
- Trial Secretary
- Ordinary members (seven positions)

Nominees for the Committee of Management must:
1. Be a financial member of the club (Officebearers must also be a member of the VCA)
2. Have been a member of the club for at least three months prior to the close of nominations.
3. Be nominated by two financial members.
4. Accept nomination by signing the nomination form (available in the club newsletter "Puppy Tales" and on the club noticeboard)

5.00pm on Monday, 15th August 2011
with the Secretary, P.O. Box 383, Ballarat 3353.
